Our Staff
Craig has been the pastor of Berry’s Grove since 1999. He is a graduate of UNC (‘93 – Go Heels!) and of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1999. He has been married since 1994 to Tonya, who is a nursing professor at Duke University, and has one daughter who lives and works in Charlotte. He enjoys reading, watching sports, playing golf, and getting to know people because everyone has a story that God wants to use for His glory!
Eric has been on staff at Berry’s Grove since 2005. He is a graduate of Elon University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife Samantha since 2004. Samantha is employed by Duke Hospital and serves at Berry’s Grove by teaching Sunday School and VBS and helping Eric at various times with youth activities. Together, they have two wonderful teenage children who both serve with the Praise Team at Berry’s Grove. Eric enjoys trivia, travel, food, sports, and a variety of risky activities like skydiving, bungee jumping, parasailing, obstacle courses, four-wheeling in the rain forest, and driving on the autobahn! Philippians 1:21, “To live is Christ, to die is gain.”
Anthony started leading the Praise and Worship Team in 2012. Our first organizational meeting was in the fall of 2011. He has held this position the entire time except for a brief 1.5 year period.
He grew up in the church and first started attending as an infant. He became a Christian and ordained as a deacon at Berry’s Grove. Anthony and his wife Nancy were married at Berry’s Grove in 1975. Nancy is a retired educator and a Bible teacher at Berry’s Grove. They have one daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons with one more on the way!

Cindy has been the Children’s Minister at Berry’s Grove since 2020. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and has training from Child Evangelism Fellowship. She has been married since 1979 to Paul, and they have a son and a daughter. Cindy enjoys reading cozy mysteries, getting out of escape rooms, and helping children learn about Jesus.
Lynn has been the secretary of Berry’s Grove since October of 1981. She is a graduate of Elon College with an associate’s degree in secretarial science. She has been married to her husband, Earl, since August of 1975. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and ministering to children in her church and in her community.
